My mission in 2022 has been to bring more of nature into the studio. It’s a long term project, and this editorial is a piece of that puzzle. I am BEYOND proud of this shoot, all the hard work that went into it, and so grateful to the incredible team that made it all come to life.

Historically my work has always been bright and light, but for as long as I can remember I’ve wanted to shoot at night time, and to capture more of the night, but not always known how I’d go about it. The plans for this editorial began to take shape in the summer as I looked toward the winter - and what does winter bring? Darkness, and for me, much more focus on the night sky and the moon.

I explored new techniques for these images, experimented with new light set ups, and had a real blast while doing it!

Am I going to the dark side? Maybe I’ll embrace that side of me a bit more going forward! I hope that you love them as much as I do 🌛🤍🌕🌚✨💫
