Phoebe Merryweather @ Tess Management

The fact that I’m now living just a short train ride out of London is still extremely new to me - I can’t quite get over it! I can’t really describe how exciting it feels, after years of wanting to be in closer proximity to “where everything is happening” to actually be here.

When Phoebe’s agent at Tess Management reached out and asked if I had time on Wednesday evening to do a quick test with her model, Phoebe, I could actually say: “Yes!” No more: “sorry, I would love to, but I’m in Cornwall this week and can’t make it!” Oh the bliss.

So into London I went, camera bag on my back, tote bag filled with a few pieces from my wardrobe, and I met Phoebe in Clapham, where we wondered around for an hour, looking for spots to shoot.

I’ll admit that I’m still getting used to shooting in the city. It’s not my “natural habitat” but I am enjoying the different backdrops. We had a lovely time together, and here are a few of my favourite images.
